DSers Review — The best WooCommerce and Shopify Dropshipping App?

As AliExpress dropshipping is becoming more and more popular, new apps are popping up everywhere.

We used to be limited to just Oberlo and Shopify but that time is long gone.

One of the newest AliExpress dropshipping apps on the market is DSers.

This app is completely free to use (yes you read that right) competes directly with Oberlo and other AliExpress dropshipping apps AND works with both Shopify and WooCommerce.

In this DSers review I will explain the different features and compare them to close competitors such as Oberlo and Dropified.

What is DSers?

DSers review — what is dsers?

DSers is a dropshipping app made for both Shopify and WooCommerce.

The app makes the integration between your store and dropshipping suppliers from AliExpress possible by letting you import products directly from AliExpress.

DSers also makes the order fulfillment process easy and automated.

You don’t have to go to AliExpress yourself to buy the products and fill in your customers’ address, DSers will take care of all of it for you at the click of a button.

DSers Pricing Review — How much does it cost to use DSers?

DSers has a pricing model that knocks many competitors directly out of the park, starting with a FREE plan that beats most paid plans.

DSers Features

Easy AliExpress Import

Importing products from AliExpress to your dropshipping store is a breeze with DSers.

They give you two options:

I recommend you install the chrome extension as this will add an extra button to every AliExpress product page.

If you want to add a product from AliExpress to your Shopify or WooCommerce store, simply hit that button.

However, if you don’t have google chrome or don’t want to install anything, you can still copy/paste products which works just as well.

Bulk Order Processing

bulk order processing is available for free with dsers

Bulk order fulfillment means you fulfill all your orders from a single day (or more days) at the click of one button.

As compared to previously, where you had to order each product separately.

This feature was first introduced by apps like Dropified and Oberlo as part of their premium plans but is available in DSers as part of the FREE plan!

AliExpress Whitelist

Sometimes, AliExpress limits accounts from ordering.

This can be a huge pain when you have to fulfill multiple orders and AliExpress won’t allow you.

Luckily, DSers is an Official AliExpress Dropshipping Partner.

When you link your AliExpress account to your DSers, your account will be whitelisted and AliExpress will never limit you from ordering!

Basic Mapping

The Basic mapping feature allows you to map more than one AliExpress supplier for a single product on your store.

This is handy because sometimes AliExpress sellers will remove product listing or will run out of stock.

Thanks to the basic mapping feature, you can have a backup supplier listed that DSers will fulfill your orders from instead.

How Does DSers Work?

How to create an account

There are two ways you can create an account with DSers.

You can choose to sign up directly on their website or install the DSers app within Shopify and create an account from there.

I recommend installing the app instantly as you’ll need to take this step anyway.

How to connect DSers with Shopify

Installing the Shopify app is quick and easy.

Simply go to the Shopify app store from your Shopify dashboard and search for DSers.

How to fulfill orders in DSers

My Thoughts on DSers

As a long-time AliExpress dropshipper, DSers brings a lot of new features to the table.

A lot has changed since I first started. You no longer need to have a VA to fulfill your orders for you, everything can just be done through bulk order fulfillment.

New features such as build-in tracking notifications eliminate the need for external apps and I love that you can pick a backup supplier in case your supplier runs out of stock which is something I’ve struggled a lot with in the past.

All in all, DSers provides a first-class service at an incredible free price tag.

I don’t know how long DSers will remain free, but as long as it is, this app is definitely worth checking out.

I’ll finish off this DSers review by comparing DSers to a couple of other AliExpress dropshipping apps I’ve used in the past.

DSers vs Oberlo

DSers and Oberlo are almost identical.

Both can quickly import products from AliExpress to Shopify and fulfill them at the click of a button.

However, DSers free plan offers unlimited orders, bulk order fulfillment and order tracking.

While Oberlo charges $29.90 per month for those features.

On top of that, DSers is also available on WooCommerce whereas Oberlo is only available for Shopify.

Oberlo used to be the #1 AliExpress dropshipping app for Shopify but those days are clearly coming to an end.

A one-up that Oberlo still has over DSers is that their premium plan includes dropshipping courses and weekly coaching making them really good for beginners.

You can check out my article on Oberlo vs Dsers for a more in-depth comparison.

DSers vs Dropified

Another popular AliExpress dropshipping app is Dropified.

Dropified does not have free plans. Their plan starts at $17 per month and on top of that, they charge 8% transaction fees per product.

DSers far outperforms Dropified when it comes to AliExpress dropshipping. Using DSers is free and gives you access to cashback features whereas Dropified charges you 8% transaction fees per order.

With Dropified you do get access to a US product catalog and you can import products from marketplaces such as eBay, Wish and so on. If that’s your thing, they are definitely worth checking out.

But when it comes to AliExpress dropshipping, go for DSers.

DSers vs Shopmaster

Shopmaster is just like DSers an Official AliExpress Dropshipping Partner.

They offer a similar service as DSers but also integrate with other dropshipping suppliers such as:

  • Banggood
  • TaoBao
  • CJDropshipping
  • GogoMall

..and more!

This creates a lot of opportunity for intermediate and advanced dropshippers to get started with different suppliers than just AliExpress.

When it comes to AliExpress though, feature-wise, DSers has the advantage.

While Shopmaster also has a free plan, their free plan does not include bulk order processing.

Other than that, features are almost identical.

Conclusion? For basic AliExpress dropshipping, go for DSers.

If you’re looking for more advanced dropshipping solutions and other suppliers, Shopmaster is definitely worth checking out. It’s free!
